Compensation:
$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and grow a high-performing global team, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Lead negotiations for innovative technologies, ensuring balance between IP protection and operational agility.
- Revolutionize supply chain models to reduce lead times and risks.
- Establish executive-level partnerships with global integrators.
- Serve as the strategic interface between Engineering, Construction, and Finance.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
- 7 years of experience leading teams.
- Experience negotiating Capital Expenditure agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
