Compensation:
$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to enhance AI capabilities.
- Establish evaluation frameworks and optimize AI agent quality.
- Develop algorithms for agent simulation and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure.
- Experience with AI Agent development and model tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in a technical leadership role.
