Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive and own designs for new Playables Builder focused features.
  • Drive design specification development and create production ready assets.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through designs, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Rationalize and justify design work, advocating for usersโ€™ needs.
  • Collaborate with the YouTube team to craft seamless and consistent experiences across the platform.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products.
  • Portfolio or relevant work link required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years leading design projects.
  • Experience in the gaming industry and AI platforms.
