Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Explore high-value opportunities and product innovations by identifying emerging user needs.
  • Develop UX strategies and lead cross-functional stakeholders to implement impactful solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge to deliver sustainable interfaces.
  • Foster a welcoming environment, coach other designers, and enhance collective design thinking.
  • Articulate design positions and define design quality across the product path.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience with visual design principles.
  • Portfolio or relevant work links included in resume.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in design or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience with design systems and multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Knowledge of AI/LLMs and user-centered design principles.
