Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in interaction or UX design.
  • Experience with scalable design systems and reusable interaction patterns.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in cross-functional organizations.
  • 2 years leading design projects.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance design workflows.
