Compensation:
$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for new YouTube Comments viewer and creator experiences.
- Own and execute the design process, translating product goals into deliverables.
- Manage design work across multiple projects and communicate priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align on user-centered product goals.
- Drive product innovation through ideation, concept development, and user testing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with interaction design in product design or UX design.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies.
- Portfolio or related work links required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience navigating ambiguity and designing for global products.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience with consumer-facing and mobile-first products.
