This role is based in San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA.
Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive XR platform UX capabilities for camera and microphone systems.
- Lead discovery and ideation for XR-specific privacy indicators.
- Align design strategies with Product, Engineering, and Privacy/Legal teams.
- Influence long-term product excellence using data-informed decisions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience.
- Experience working with Android and privacy design patterns.
- Portfolio or relevant links to work required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 3 years in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Experience leading design projects and in the XR space.
- Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
