Senior Interaction Designer, Search Ads

This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with PM partners to strategize and build user-centric goals and journeys.
• Prototype and evolve experiences using AI-enabled workflows.
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows.
