Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will simplify complex tasks into intuitive designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes to communicate user experiences.
• Integrate user feedback into product updates.
• Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing your work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of leading design projects.
