Senior Interaction Designer, Payments Platform

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define and advocate the UX vision for purchase experiences across Google.
• Lead and execute UX design from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with user research to validate designs.
• Develop UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Maintain the Platform's design system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Portfolio or relevant work link required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch.
