Senior Interaction Designer, Google Flow

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to communicate user journeys.
• Translate generative model capabilities into intuitive tools.
• Gather user insights and leverage UX research to iterate on products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of leading design projects.
• Experience with AI creative tools and interactive design.
