Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design direction and create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and developers to enhance user experiences for enterprise applications.
  • Advocate for design excellence and AI transformation based on user motivations and market opportunities.
  • Present design concepts to executive stakeholders, simplifying complex interactions into coherent designs.
  • Contribute to the design system and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience designing technical, enterprise applications.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  • Proficiency in prototyping with Figma.
