Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Leverage user research to gather insights and present design work to stakeholders.
  • Build domain knowledge and incorporate it to solve user challenges.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent visual design and collaboration skills.
