Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design goals and establish standards for the design team.
  • Drive design strategy and influence product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into product goals.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Advocate for user-centered design methodologies and lead usability efforts.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience in enterprise product design, especially in advertising.
  • Experience with AI-related features in a business context.
