Compensation:
$151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define the design language for Gemini within the Chrome browser.
- Lead cross-functional teams through UX-driven processes.
- Manage the design workflow from concepts to prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to meet user and business needs.
- Ensure designs are implemented correctly and participate in testing.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Portfolio or relevant work links required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
- Understanding of desktop design patterns and web paradigms.
- Experience with AI in product design.
