Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Drive UX strategies and tactical executions for areas of ownership.
  • Direct the execution of Pixel VIP v2 features and shape its future.
  • Influence other designers on the team to enhance UX executions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 mobile design work.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience shepherding products from concept to launch on mobile devices.
