We ensure Google’s payment solutions feel "native" everywhere, from the bustling streets of Sao Paulo to the digital-first hubs of Southeast Asia. Our mission is to bring the best payment solution for users, merchants, and financial institutions by simplifying, securing, and rewarding every interaction. In this role, you will craft seamless experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms. You will have an understanding of design systems, a mix skills of interaction design and visual craft, for collaborating with a dedicated team. You will also have a builder's mindset.You will grow on ambiguity and will be analyzing market landscapes, understanding local billing behaviors (like PIX in Brazil or UPI in India), and proposing design initiatives that solve specific regional pain points.
Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
