Senior Interaction Designer, AI Personalized Experiences

This role is based in locations including Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Create design deliverables and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Incorporate AI concepts and business requirements into ongoing product experiences.
• Advocate for design-centered changes and develop AI future-facing experiences that meet user needs.
• Create pitch-level fidelity mocks to communicate user experience at various stages of the design process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience with AI concepts and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.
• Portfolio or relevant work link required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in design or related field.
• Experience prototyping AI features and working with UX writing.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
