Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Create design deliverables and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Incorporate AI concepts and business requirements into ongoing product experiences.
- Advocate for design-centered changes and develop AI future-facing experiences.
- Create pitch-level fidelity mocks to communicate user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
- Experience with foundational AI concepts and leveraging AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience prototyping AI features and working with UX writing.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
