Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and execute tests for high power distribution designs.
- Liaison between Hardware Engineering and lab teams to ensure readiness for new products.
- Manage lab budget, hiring, and performance management.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in a hardware test environment.
- Experience with AC/DC power design and testing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience in technical leadership and hardware test automation using Python.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
