Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end system integration testing and develop test automation.
  • Design network, power, and cooling infrastructure for system testing.
  • Manage lab budget, hiring, and team performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field.
  • 4 years of experience in a hardware development lab or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience with Linux and scripting languages (e.g., Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • Experience with Unix operating systems and hardware testing methodologies.
