Senior Engineering Manager, PDEIO Agents

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, motivate and inspire a team to build agents into development workflows and platforms.
• Guide team in designing, building, and maintaining back-end services, APIs, and UI.
• Navigate problem spaces and drive cross-functional projects.
• Manage and communicate with executive stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 7 years of full-stack development experience with back-end languages such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ and front-end technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years of software development experience.
• 3 years leading teams in building developer tools.
• Experience in open source projects.
• Experience using data science to solve problems.
