Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure, Ads

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Set technical and organizational goals, solving large-scale problems.
• Ensure quality and reliability across the organization.
• Align agendas with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Address complex team issues and invest in team growth.
• Act as the key expert for critical systems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
• 7 years of experience in technical project strategy and infrastructure optimization.
• 5 years in a technical leadership role with people management experience.
• 5 years of experience in deploying systems models in production.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a complex organization.
