This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Irvine, CA, with opportunities for remote work.

Compensation:

$248,000-$349,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization.
  • Set long-term technical goals and oversee the delivery of scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams to define requirements and ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Advocate for best practices in software development and system design.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 7 years of experience in full stack development (Java, Python, GO, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
