Senior Engineering Manager, Cloud BI, AI Looker

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$262,000-$365,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligning with organizational goals.
• Establish clear expectations and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmaps.
• Drive technical project strategy and oversee large-scale ML infrastructure optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
