Senior Developer Relations Engineer, Android Bench

This role focuses on empowering Large Language Model (LLM) builders to enhance productivity and safety in Android app development.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with LLM developers to drive acceptance of Android Bench.
• Engage with leading app developers to benchmark codebases.
• Provide engineering guidance and support for developer products.
• Become a subject matter expert in AI/Agentic tools.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for Android Bench products.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical role and Android app development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Kotlin programming and AI/Agentic tooling.
• Ability to take ownership and influence without authority.
