Work on evaluation, metrics, and user insights for AI answers in health search. Influence product and engineering directions, applying advanced statistical and ML methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and drive projects to completion across the organization.
  • Frame and solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Interact cross-functionally and influence product stakeholders.
  • Research and develop advanced analysis methodologies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
  • Experience with LLM methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
