This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:
$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Support metrics research and advanced statistical analysis of user journeys on search.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive analytical thought leadership.
- Lead Human Evaluations and Auto-rater evaluations for Product launches.
- Design new metrics and evaluation methods.
- Support teams with advanced experimentation methods and A/B testing metrics analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent coding skills in Python, R, SQL.
