Senior Data Scientist, Product, Google Shopping

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a consultant to Engineering and Program Management leads, providing data-driven perspectives on product direction.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for improving the Shopping Graph.
• Design and implement analysis to measure the impact of Shopping Graph data on key shopping experiences.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage projects end-to-end from conception to impact.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analytics, statistical analysis, and coding (Python, R, SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience building commerce/shopping related products.
