This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data using tools like SQL, R, and Python to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences through data-driven insights.
• Prototype analyses and advocate for necessary changes in product development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in advertising and ads ranking.
