Responsibilities:
- Analyze user trends utilizing tools like SQL, R, and Python to solve business problems.
- Build new processes and components to address future issues.
- Define and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product improvement.
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis and insights.
- Collaborate across teams to align resources and direction.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with a Master's degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers.
- Excellent programming skills in Python/R.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
