Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis to shape AI-powered shopping features.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments.
- Develop methodologies to quantify user behavior and engagement.
- Conduct post-launch analyses to inform future product development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with a Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with Gen AI Evaluation Science and modern AI.
- Ability to manage product quality iterations.
