$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
As part of the data science team supporting Core Ranking and AI Context Engineering (CRAFT), you will work on complex challenges to enhance Google’s search products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to identify quality and metric headrooms.
- Analyze large-scale datasets and present actionable insights.
- Develop evaluations and measurements for iterative improvements.
- Partner to implement system changes and launches.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience in analytics or 3 years with a PhD.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
- Experience with consumer-facing products.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning.
