Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$188000 - $275000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership over projects, track progress, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholders.
• Provide insight and drive scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
• Execute complete system implementation of transformative initiatives.
• Translate business processes to predefined Planning and Logistics processes.
• Provide SAP implementation expertise and collaborate with technical teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
• 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience improving domain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience working with cross-functional leaders to define requirements.
• Expert technical process analysis skills.
• Experience in full system implementation life-cycles with Supply Chain solutions.
