Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects, track progress, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with users to identify business problems and provide strategic solutions.
• Work with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy systems and software products.
• Drive improvements in business analysis and team execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics systems.
• 10 years of experience in integrated systems development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and manage technical portfolios.
• Strong technical process analysis skills.
