Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership over projects, track progress, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions that improve business operations.
• Work with engineering teams to define and support various software solutions.
• Drive improvements in business analysis and team execution.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics systems.
• 10 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout their lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and manage technical portfolios.
• Strong technical process analysis skills to translate business needs into solutions.
