About the job:

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will identify and resolve internal process roadblocks, translate user needs into technical specifications, and oversee the implementation of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of projects, track progress, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy systems and software solutions.
  • Analyze business problems to provide sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in designing and implementing web-based or internal systems.
  • 8 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout their lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage projects.
  • Proficiency in improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, or B2B SaaS e-commerce systems.
