Senior Business Systems Analyst Manager, Supply Chain Systems

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will manage a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and guide supply chain solutions from conception to launch.

Compensation:

$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define a systems strategy that empowers organizational scaling through advanced planning solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of BSAs to deliver innovative supply chain solutions.
• Identify and drive projects focused on integrating AI capabilities into core supply chain systems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles.
• 10 years of experience with supply chain solutions in planning and fulfillment areas.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in defining and driving a business systems strategy.
• Experience designing and implementing AI or ML solutions.
