Compensation:
$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop metrics to support Trust and Safety across Google products.
- Ensure stakeholders have the necessary data for business decisions.
- Lead the statistical design and implementation of metrics.
- Build and scale AI-based content rating systems.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in analytics and coding (Python, R, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in analytics and coding.
- Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or risk analysis.
