Compensation:

$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the long-term vision for data science within Cloud Marketing.
  • Oversee development and deployment of AI-native data science capabilities.
  • Lead the creation of attribution models and incrementality experiments.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 9 years of experience in analytics and coding (Python, R, SQL).
  • Experience managing teams of data scientists.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 11 years of experience in analytics.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS marketing.
