Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
As part of the BizOps team, you will immerse yourself in data collection, analyze insights, and develop recommendations for senior executives. You will work with large datasets to create predictive, personalized, and proactive customer support solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by developing AI/ML solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions.
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in analytics and coding (Python, R, SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in data science focusing on machine learning and NLP.
- Experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
