Senior Business Data Scientist, Agentic AI, Finance

This role is based in Chicago, IL.

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and program managers to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Transform Finance processes using a product-driven mindset.
• Operationalize and monitor solutions, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate results to peers and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.
• Experience building agentic workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in analytics and coding.
