Senior Business Data Science Manager, YouTube Marketing

This role is based in San Bruno, CA or Chicago, IL.

Compensation:

$248,000-$349,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business data scientists and analysts in delivering project work including implementing data science solutions and building statistical models.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to understand goals and translate them into data science priorities.
• Design experiments and use causal inference to measure effectiveness.
• Define team strategy and remove technical blockers.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and support career development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 9 years of analytics experience, including coding (Python, R, SQL).
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in causal inference, A/B testing, and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with causal inference or Bayesian statistics.
