Senior ATE Test Engineer, SoC, Google Cloud

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy test solutions for SoC using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Integrate SoC technologies and drive manufacturing testing to validate performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
• Experience with ASIC or SoC test development and ATE platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering fields.
• 10 years of experience in test engineering.
• Expertise in testing Intellectual Property (IP) and memory BIST test development.
