This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will work on cutting-edge TPU technology for AI/ML applications.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy test solutions with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
  • Integrate SoC technologies and drive ATE manufacturing testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage and high-quality SoCs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
  • Experience with ASIC or SoC test development and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in test engineering.
  • Experience with Scan/ATPG test development and testing Intellectual Property (IP).
