Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team's strategy, research, and direction to identify risks and threats.
  • Provide technical leadership for scalable anti-abuse defenses.
  • Engage with various teams to deploy mitigation processes for risks with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Direct investigations and responses for high-severity AI abuse incidents.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
  • 3 years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in applied vulnerability research and threat modeling.
  • Understanding of generative AI technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
