Security Engineer, Data Center Network Device Security

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will work with network equipment to monitor systems for attacks and vulnerabilities.

Compensation:

$147k-$211k/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify security issues and implement security controls.
  • Develop threat models and perform security reviews for network devices.
  • Provide expertise to teams designing next-generation data center hardware.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in security assessments and design reviews.
  • 2 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of security protocols, reverse engineering, and embedded systems.
  • Understanding of vulnerability assessment and cryptography.
