Sales Recruiter, Google Customer Solutions (English)

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Support applicant assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment.
• Evaluate applicant skills and manage the interview process.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring stakeholders to build solutions.
• Manage headcount for client groups and influence hiring strategy.
• Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• 3 years of experience in closing applicants and negotiating compensation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
