Risk Management Program Manager, Compliance, Safety and Risk Management

This role is based in multiple locations including Atlanta, GA and Addison, TX.

Compensation:

$159,000 - $231,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for data center risk-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register specific to data center operations.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience supporting technical teams in data center infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience with data center policies and procedures.
  • 5 years of experience evaluating data center risk management frameworks.
  • 5 years of experience with data center resilience and security.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with teams to achieve operational priorities.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
