Risk Management Program Manager, Compliance, Safety and Risk Management

This role is based in multiple locations including Atlanta, GA and Addison, TX.
Compensation:
$159,000 - $231,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for data center risk-related matters.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register specific to data center operations.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies and controls.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience supporting technical teams in data center infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience with data center policies and procedures.
- 5 years of experience evaluating data center risk management frameworks.
- 5 years of experience with data center resilience and security.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with teams to achieve operational priorities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
