Research Data Scientist, YouTube Creator

Location: San Bruno, CA, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA

Compensation:

$147,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create new metrics and drive data-driven decision making.
• Analyze data sets to understand performance and impact of new features.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis including data gathering, processing, and presentations.
• Make business recommendations through effective presentations of findings.
• Support launch decisions with experimental design and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in analytics or a PhD degree.
